Yes, they identify with Swedish nationality but they still have their own cultures.
Reasons!
God can this be any more hilarious?

Wait, what?Namibians.
Sealand is the last refuge of the Namibian government in exileDoes Sealand exist in your world? It is allied with France, Britain, or form its own block? Or, even, are they the northernmost allies of the Southern Empire?
Wait, what?
Either people have adopted Swedishness or they haven't. With so many nationalities, Sweden would assuredly tear itself apart. Things like industrialisation and the development of liberalism lend themselves to the emergence of nationalism

What year is the scenario supposed to be in presently?Part of Swedish Africa
Part of the Swedish Territories along with New Sweden and New Guinea.
RB33 forgot to paint Africa blue, but it's all ruled by Sweden. Apart from South Africa of course, where a small village of penguins hold out against the invader.
Despite continued claims of Swedish propaganda, Namibia is actually a battlefield between the 1st Airborne Penguin brigade and auxiliary troops of South France.

And colonisation of Africa is still a thing!?
Decolonisation wasn't a thing that could happen in some places and not others, it was a global movement. The empires didn't give up their colonies because they were nice, the British decolonised because the world had moved on and they couldn't hold them down. The other colonisers tried to fight to keep theirs, none of them succeededSpain still has it's empire. Why not.
Britain decolonized, so East Africa and British West Africa is independent.
