North American provinces are ugly - This means you, Delaware!

My grandmother would drive 2 hours to go shopping in Delaware because she didn't want to pay sales tax. She would drag me and my cousins along a lot. I do not have very good feelings towards the state as a result. To me is represents a boring drive followed by carrying bags or useless junk around for hours followed by another boring drive.

To be fair, Delaware is a boring state overall.

Maybe they should throw some provinces in along the Missouri River! If the French could build a few trading posts I want to do it too! It also would be cool to actually have at least SOME of South Dakota in EUIV hahaha

The Bayou needs to be a good 10-12 provinces. It's the only place in the US with any culture left.

The Massachusetts colony is one of the worst offenders imo, it contains the area where Albany should be so they've merged two port cities not to mention that a battle in Boston and Saratoga would be in the same province...
