North American multiplayer game!

Hey all,

saw a few multiplayer games with mainly times good for our friends across the pond. So I thought i'd see about gettting a group of north american CKers together to play a long-term multiplayer game.

i could host, and i work 2:30pm-10:30pm central during the week, but any time other than that is good..

anyone interested?

I certainly am, but there is a game starting, at about 3 GMT on Fridays, Kingdoms from the Scratch.

I'd be interested, but seeing as there is a lack of players it might be best to wait until the NA release to plan on getting anything started.

I really would like to get a once a week game going once I get my new computer/not-dialup-connection in a few weeks, so hopefully in that time there will be enough interest to get a small game going.

Eastern Time here.. I have no set schedule at all, so it's hard for me to really commit to a running game, though if it runs late nights I'd be all about it.

And I really.. really want to play this game MP. )

This game is much better in MP than SP, speaking from experience.

I live in Michigan, so I guess I'm EST. As far as times go, I would just have to see what people agreed to and then try to figure out if that would fit with me schedule.

weekends will be better for me. Prefer saturday mornings/late night.
I have a EUII MP 10PM EST friday nights, that last until 12AM.

If needed I could host, as I have a fast computer, fast network and 1GB of RAM. I already host for my EUII game.

Saturdays in the morning or late at night work best for me. I'm in Central Time, so using either coasts time is no big deal.

I might try it... am in California, and best times for me are Saturday daytime and Wednesday night. (My job is weekday daytimes, but I'm also around then as it's on-call, not a fixed schedule.)

Am stuck with dialup internet, though, if that's a problem. (I wouldn't know, as I have not tried MP before except by LAN... and broadband service is not available in my neighborhood.)

Dial-up isn't a problem. I've even hosted CK MP with little difficulty with my own dial-up connection.

In that case... it looks like we may have a few folks interested in Saturdays. I can manage roughly noon-5 PM eastern time most weeks, and the entire day (beginning at noon eastern) other weeks. (I'm in a long-distance relationship and my girlfriend has a Tues-Sat work schedule, so sometimes I leave Saturday afternoon to hang out with her for the weekend.)

As for countries... I've become rather fond of playing the dukes of Apulia and Champagne, so either of those...
