Yeah, you hit the mark for the Canadian Carriers!
It really depends how detailed you want to get, as there are innumerable (well, the number is finite) First Nations that you could use.
Iroquoian languages include Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca, Erie, Neutral, Tobacco, and Huron, located primarily in Central Canada. (Pick and choose, as "HMCS Neutral" might not be a very formidable warship name)

However, keep in note that the HMCS Haida is a museum in Ontario, and that the HMCS Athabasca was sunk in WW2 (so I don't know if it will be reused).
