Why aren't North America, South Africa and South America in the game? If the game was just about European Medieval Kings, I could understand, but you have China, North Africa, India, The Middle East, etc, etc.

Stuff is also going on with the Mayans and Aztecs in the Americas during that time period, I think (I'm not a historian). Also, surely something was going on with South Africa during this time period also? Wasn't the Zulu nation forming during this period of time?

It just seems so weird to me to include 2/3s of the world map but skip over the other 1/3.

The Aztecs and Zulu didn’t exist in 867 or 1066, the Zulu would come around in the end of the 18th century while the Aztecs would come around in the 13th century. What was going on at the time was the Bantu Migration and the Khoi and San societies in South Africa and the Toltec Empire in Mesoamerica. I would love to see Greenland because in 1066 we have already seen the Norse settle in region, and in 867 it can show the Inuit who used to rule it, however even that’s unlikely even if Greenland actually had an impact on the timeframe a little bit because of the 867 start and the lack of documentation.

make vinland great again?

but honestly. no, this map is already too large for the amount of content each region has. 2 flavour packs in 2 years. We need the regions on the map fleshed out with content before they open up the map to china, rest of asia & americas
