Norsemen should get cultural melting pots in every region bordering a sea in Europe

Obviously we have Normans but they are simply one region. And they should stay where they are, representing Norse settlement in France I believe there should also be a Norse melting pot cultures for England, Ireland and Scotland, Iberia, Italy, Balkans, Anatolia and Germany.
It doesn’t need to be anything innovative, a simple equivalent of Northman would do just fine for all of it, giving them a unique culture while also placing them in aforementioned culture groups.

So in such a case we can add Norteños to Iberian cultures, Nordmänner to Central German group, Anglo-Norse or Northman for England etc.

Unlike any other group in the game the Norsemen have the greatest potential for migrations all over the world in the early game.
