I have one retinue unit that is stuck and unable to be switched to raiding.

I've tried merging it with other units, boarding a ship, saving/loading, assigning and removing commanders, going through a war and winning it, etc.

It seems stuck. I am at the point where I only have two retinue units, so I'm hesitant to disband it... has anyone ever had this happen, and if so, did you find a way to fix it?

Looks like the game thinks the retinue is retreating. Have you tried losing a battle with it? In theory that should make it retreat again and hopefully the game would correctly put it out of retreat at the end.

I've had to ship my retinues back to my own demense (didn't seem to work if I just took them to the nearest county in my realm) and toggle raid mode off and back on to allow them to raid again after my ruler died while they were busy raiding. I've also had to flat-out disband a portion of a horde (after splitting off all but the last 250 units) to shake loose an ally's attached army before I could toggle raid mode on.
