Unfortunately, I am not in a position to determine the proper name of Normandy before the advent of the Normans. It was a part of the much larger Gallia Lugdunensis and separate from Brittany/Armorica, and then only a small part of the Roman Domain of Soissons and Frankish Neustria, but that's kinda all I know. Chances are it's objectively difficult to find a name smaller than Lugdunensis in scope but larger than the individual civitates and tribes.
I would propose West Neustria, but this is purely descriptive fiction since no such term ever really existed. But Neustria obviously had an eastern and a western half; this would be the western one.
It could be cool to make it West Neustria by default in the extended timelines of 769 and 869, localized to Normandy only in a narrow set of circumstances happening thereafter during the game (prerequisite Norse influence of some sort), unlikely the absolutely proper default name of Normandy in 1066 and later, i.e. in the usual grand campaign/normal game.
Alternatively, it could just be North Francia or something else descriptive unless maybe someone could come up with a proper Latin or Frankish name from before Norman settlement and Rollo's investiture as duke.
