If you head over to the Normandy 44 subforum you will clearly see that certain threads have been marked because Eugen Systems devs have posted in them. Here's an example:
However, if you actually go into this thread I'm using as an example, found here, and click on the 'Show only Dev responses' button, it will not actually show you the posts. In this example thread, posts #112 and #119, both on page 6, have been posted by Eugen devs, and have the usual darker background, but they can not be seen in Dev only mode.
Posts by Paradox employees show up just fine in the subforum, but not Eugen Systems.
