[NOP] Noble Order of the Platypus - Reign of Grand Master Wetew 04/2010 - 08/2011

OK, as I have created this clan I'll decide that anyone that joins this clan before 21:00 CET will be awarded the title of Knight. Those who joins after 21:00 will be squires until either the Grand Master or any Lord Elector award them with the title of knight. I do this so that we can go on with the clan...

...And as Samilou and the_hdk dominated the battlefield on the EU_Atlantis server I hereby award them with the title of Knight Elector. This entitles them the right to vote in any upcoming election. Your title is yours to have and can only be taken away from you by the Grand Master or any Lord Elector.

I also recommend that Flooper X shall be awarded the same title and privileges as those mentioned above for his contribution in helping me create this clan; and for his never-ending ability to create fantastic pictures. Would you agree on this?

Haha... Yeah, the "instant-knight" is still active. Not that it will be hard to become a knight after that though

I should be able to play tomorrow. I usually just pick a server just by looking at the player amount and gamemode (sometimes I'm in TDM mood, sometimes siege) so I think it isn't easy to find me . But I mostly play on the EU servers.

a tip for inf

If you have one of the bigger axes with you and you are able to spot someone riding (preferably with a lance) towards you, one trick is to make ready a hit to the right, then step qouicly to the left just before he hits you and let the axe fly throu the air, this will most likely kill the horse.

Another one

a trick while dueling is to walk in the opposite way that you are attacking, if you are attacking to the left then run up too the right side of the enemy, hitting him before you would usally do.

Thank you, although I think what I just highlighted here may need to be reconsidered, as it could in theory raise confusion in the future.

I was playing against Syber_Sid this morning and without tinkering anything with the graphics so far I can tell you that I did indeed see the banner on his shield. I just played a couple of rounds but he was number 2 in their teams while I was only number 4 in my team.

That was actually the vanilla red/yellow banner with a small black bird on it. Glad to meet you ingame though.
