NOOOOOO!!!!! EUII isn't working anymore!

EUII doesn't work on my comp!!!

A few days ago I dled another copy of EUII to my comp so I could use the MDS scenario. The day after that I got a virus called W32 Jeefo that Norton Antivirus has been unable to fix. Two days after that I no longer have permission/access to EU2.exe in both my files!!! How do I fix this?!!

EDIT: So far EUII is the only thing that I have noticed that doesn't work.

I think you should explain what you mean by downloaded another copy!
