can some1 tell me how to change a country's history? As in when u select a country for the 1936 scenario, or any scenario, the text that appears telling their history.

.csv files are indeed Excel files, however they have a bad habit of corrupting if you wish to alter them in Excel (unless you really know what you are doing)
You can very easily open and alter csv files in notepad (or some other text editor) without the same risk - as long as you do not delete any semi-colons you are fine.
