(First of all, I made a mistake in the thread name: Is the AI not forming alliances by itself.)
Hi, I didn't post this in the bug sub-forum just because there's a chance I'm missing something.
I started 3 games since Conclave, in 2.5.2, and I expanded rather easily by pressing claims. Too easily. I had wondered what was wrong, and after some time I found out that none from the AI, really none(the only 'exception' being tribal chiefs with vassals), had formed any alliance worldwide! It was full of non-aggression pacts, but that's all.
Sometimes, on my request, they were willing to form an alliance just with me. Furthermore, I never saw or took part in a war where a side had allies, except the case it was my side and I had allies! It's disappointing to be the only one able to form alliances, it's unrealistic and unfair.
What happened? Are you experiencing the same?
