This is my very first, and very humble, attempt to contribute to the HoI2 community.

The Axis and Allied ledgers each have three flags; why shouldn't the Commintern have three flags as well? I'm sure Mongolia and Tannu Tuva don't want to feel left out. :)

comun_ledg.bmp

To use it, simply right-click on it, choose "Save Picture As. . ." then place it in your Hearts of Iron 2 file folder:

. . . \Hearts of Iron 2\GFX\Interface\comun_ledg.bmp

I suggest saving a backup of your current Communist ledger first, just in case.

Tannu tuva wasn't around when the war was over so i dont think they fit there. Com. China fits even less.

Despite the lack of in war cooperation... Even after WW2 and Mao had well established his own little brand of communism in China... Moscow and Beijing rarely saw eye-to-eye...

ComChi did what Moscow told it till Stalin died. Everyone with half a brain was worried by Stalin, especially if they had a land border and were completely dependent on him for military aid.

I think you have to include communist china, if you don't want them, they have communist in their name, and a hammer and sickle, that should be enough

No more than its enough that Nationalist Spain is considered "fascist". As was said here, Mao and Stalin rarely saw eye-to-eye. The Soviets only gave supplies and such to the Nationalists in the Tet Offensive, remember. Sure, they gave Manchuria to Mao after the war, but there was little more cooperation between the two other than that.

In real life they were not allied; they actually had some majorly strained relations in the Cold War era. In most games, they do not ally. They should not be part of the same major alliance. If you want them together, then you should probably add Republican Spain alongside them, because then it would be more "potential" than actual history.

But this is a nice graphic of the Russkis and their puppets!

The reason I didn't include the Communist Chinese is because they aren't listed as part of the Comintern in any scenario I've looked at.
They weren't... the USSR still recognized the KMT as the government of China until 1949, which is not to say that they didn't help the CCP out... :D

Tet Offensive was in Vietnam... you seem to be confusing Vietnam and China...

D'oh! Actually, I was confusing "Tet Offensive" with "Operation Zet". Is it called Zet? There's an event for it in the game.
