Hey guys,
So i'm playing Sicily, got all my de jure, want to expand etc. My masterful steward got a claim on the entire Duchy of Spoleto (broken away from HRE), which meant I had to declare war on the duke.
I had a non-agression pact with him because i'd betrothed my grandaughter to him, but broke the betrothal so I could get his land.
But, apparently this non-agression pact still exists.... I'ts not listed in my 'pacts' nor his 'pacts' tab in the character thingy when I click on his picture.
He's from the Jimena dynasty, and i've betrothed another relative to another member of the dynasty... so is that how it works?
He's a totally independent Duke, not a vassal of any Jimena king.
So am I being thick or is it a bug?
