I haven't tried it yet but i heard that if you reform religion with Agnatic/Enatic clans its Open succession will override nomadic succession. Is it true? If it is can you educate and chose heirs of a different culture to switch to a different culture while being Nomad?
Also do you still get Weakness modifier and aggressive clans even if your religion is "peaceful"?

Will wiki states "With Holy Fury, powerful nomadic rulers can force the adoption of Open succession during the reformation of their pagan faiths, by adopting either the Agnatic Clansor Enatic Clans doctrine."

So someone vandalized wiki or something?

Guess nobody cares. Had to fiddle with console myself.
Open overrides Nomadic and you can assign different culture heirs easily. But i found another obstacle - nomad heirs cannot be educated into another culture.

One possible tested solution to education problem is to educate female descendant before reforming faith, since females seem exempt from rule because they are not possible heirs. Then reform with enatic clans doctrine.

Checked out conversion event. Child must not have parent or sibling nomad for culture conversion event to fire.
So i guess educating grandchild in targeted culture after sending his father as mercenary or landing him and after event give child more titles should do the trick?
