I know that I play with CK":AGoT, but I think it belongs to the Horse Lords DLC. anyway, how come that with once my son got the Iron throne title, he could no longer become my heir?

I thought so too, but I swear that my brother was Feudal (with no titles), he is now dead in an attempt to get my son back as an heir
Being feudal with no titles doesn't mean anything. The courtier brother could have been a legitimate heir to your khalasar a merchant republic or a feudal title. Also Dothraki are crap. You should have wiped them out rather than spread them.
