Nomadic Conclave Madness

Seeing how I dislike the way Conclave has made Feudal governments, I decided to have a go at my old trusty Nomad characters.....except Conclave strikes again.

My council dislikes me because they want more land, but I cant give them more land because the council disagrees....because they dislike me.....because they want more land.

Any suggestions on how to overcome this over than reverting back to a previous patch?

Tyranny. Or minor clan rising. You decide. You can invite priests or stewards to your council until you get two of them that like you. Put both as advisors. Fire everyone that dislike you from the council.

Kill them all and let the gods sort them out. Then make new khans.

You should be able to give land to the nomadic councilor who has the least land. Otherwise just do it anyway and beat them to submission.
