I do not know why the weekly World War Wednesday was not streamed this week... I need my weekly dose of the stream.

if you would have watched last weeks stream you would know why they didnt stream this week.
They already said during last weeks stream that this week wont be a WWW stream, due to the 2 day stellaris mp stream they did on tuesday and wednesday to promote Stellaris which is about to release on monday.
That said, they will do something similar for HoI IV prior to launch for sure, just like they actually did for HoI IV back in march 2015 before they decided to delay the game, and the weekly WWW will return next week as usual.

They streamed the Stellaris Multiplayer event instead, since Stellaris is about to be released.
