1 EB checked physically today (Crofton, MD) didn't have it, they didn't receive their today's shipment yet (when I visited it was 11:30 East Time). They called EB in Bowie and those didn't receive their shipment either. I don't have words. Are we having another false-release??? I am going to check 2 more EBs later today.

It's looking like Stategy First still didn't get their act together. *If* indeed some people are getting their pre-orders and the rest of us who pre-ordered aren't, *and* the game isn't being shipped to retail shops, there's really only one conclusion to be made:

Strategy First has not produced enough copies of the game. They made a few and sent them out and are now producing more to release next week.

I really think we should wait a couple of days after the scheduled ship date before everyone goes nuts about it. I'm just as eager to get my hands on it as everyone else but you can't jump to conclusions based on what has happened before 1pm on the day it was supposed to be SHIPPED. Good luck finding it everyone!

I'm doing the same thing (I'm in Greenbelt). One clerck sounded pissed that he had to answer a customer's question.

Aye, happens frequently. Here in Belgium as well. Those ppl seem to forget they are payed to do their job AND their job consists of helping customers.

I pre-ordered AND did not get the game today. Of course the dork I talked to at the store I ordered from stated something about the West Coast Strikes disrupting shipments. Must be a canned response or something.

He did say that it was on the shipping invoice, and that they got their shipments in today, but the game was not with the shipment.

I am going to check in person later today and see what they say then. I wonder if they will say martian's landed and disrupted the UPS shipping schedule or something.

Just called Strategy First, threw around the title (yes, I really am entitled to use the title doctor ) and should be getting call back from a Strategy First marketing person in the next little while about this current state of affairs
