So I've noticed this problem and it seems like no one mentioned it on this forum.
In order to revoke Hongkong, Macau and Zhanjiang I have to open fire with the whole Aillies in the current versions. It sounds ridiculous to get back these small pieces of land by marching towards London and Washington.
Should We able to get some decisions or events so Chinese government is able to revoke these core territory without war?
