And why do i have to save for another TV if you could just fix it with another update?
I just logged in for the first time in a few months and disappointed that this still a problem. I wanted to get Green Cities and Snowfall but not until this is fixed. This is the only game of dozens I've played on my TV with this problem.
If you can solve it with a TV remote, then why not just get the TV remote? This issue is affecting more than just this game.
They don't scale at all. They just put a border around the edge. You're essentially since things slightly pixelated as a result.

Please, I need this too. Other games have this feature so it seems to be a solved problem on the xbox.
Same here, I have a 2012 SHARP AQUOS 1080i HDTV with no option to turn off overscan completely, just to use either "smart Stretch", "fixed Stretch", or "Zoom".
I changed my Xbox one display settings to 640 x480 I have all of the needed info on my TV for this game.
@Jegior I have a Hisense TV and cities: Skylines won't size properly. All of my Xbox games look like they run on screen but don't. I did a calibration on the Xbox in display and sound but it was already good. My TV doesn't look to have this problem anywhere else but on Cities: Skylines. Do you know what I should do?

Have download the update today (V.2.0.1.0) and it's true that the Screen size could be set now.
Really thanks to Paradox Team that they dont ignore people with old TV's!
