No Wars

To put it simply; wars are just not happening. As soon as it's 16th of September, the whole of Europe falls into piece and you can't declare war at ALL! Not even through factions or plots.

LTPD; but I don't know what I edited to get the checksum like that. It worked before; I've modded the game but I used the directory etc.

Your game installation is not correct. If you are using Steam press right button over crusader kings ii in library page and chose properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game chache. Steam will check the files and this should take some time so if it claims its finished in few seconds do it again. Steam will download the files that are not correct again. Launch the game and check the checksum.
