I don't suppose anyone made a mod where there are only counties, and no dukes or kings (same applies to pagans and muslims).

Thus everyone starts as a single prov minor?

ICS; the Independent Crusaders Scenario has one with only independent counties, although there are claimable duchies and kingdoms.

Is there only counties in the Independent Crusaders Scenario?
I thought it was duchies also, and haven't you changed some kingdom titles?

I also want a scenario with only counties (but of course with claimable titles), but then with the "original" titles and their "original" provinces (except some, but I think you should change only when it's necessary).

One scenario for each, and yes I've changed the ducal and royal titles. Simply because I had to "balance" it out (minor kingdoms like Navarra versus France or Russia).
