No "Track All" button?

So has anybody actually seen it? I got the quest shown in Martin's screenshot of it, only to not have the button there.

Did they actually forget to put it in after making point of how he did it so quickly? Am I just getting an odd bug?

It's a fresh install of Stellaris, no mods. Literally the only thing this install has done is play Utopia/Banks so far.

No, it's not there, they may not have had time to put it in the patch. I'd expect it included in a hotfix shortly.

It won't be hotfixed either. Martin said it will be 1.6
