I modded it after I already started a campaign. I didn't work; I changed the dates in the globaldata part of the eug files to 1955, but it ended at 48. Is it possible because I modded it after I started? I did I just scew it up somehow?

I tried it once and it borked the whole damn game. I had to do a re-install.

You have to change the end-date as well.
(And it's the date under "global-data" that counts...not the first one..)

If you're already playing a game you'll have to change the end date in the save-file as well.

I must of had dumb luck with it, it work fine I'm up past 1950 and conquering my way to Asia and America. Well good luck trying to get it to work.
