No Time Limit Mod/Releasing puppets

Hey all. I was playin a GC '36 with GER and I installed the No Time Limit mod along with editing the normal scenario and my save file to end in 1980. However its now January of 1948 and I can no longer release puppets, which I assume has to be caused from me going past the normal end date.

Does anybody have a cure for this?

Go into the revolt.txt file. Replace all 1947's with a year of your choice. Voila.
