Hello, I wonder if there are ways to make the game not completed in the year 14xx, with some mod as there is in the EU3, for example.

In your C:\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\common or similar there's a file called defines.txt which has: "end_date = 1453.1.1" in row three.
AFAIK you could just change it to 9999.1.1 to effectively last forever. You'd obviously be stuck at the endgame tech level etc though.
