My city (130K) has zero sick citizens, and none of my hospitals ever dispatch ambulances, and they never have any patients. The death rate is higher than my birth rate by about 100 people at any given time.

I will point out that I use quite a few mods - mostly growable buildings & highway structures, some landmarks and parks, road tools, tree brush - and haven't seen if this changes should I play vanilla.

My citizen health is 92% overall, I have good separation of living areas from ground/air pollution and have 0% drinking water pollution.

Before I strip back to vanilla, is it possible that mods have messed with the hospital mechanics and people are dying in droves by never being visited by ambulances?

Thanks for your help.
