No retail boxed version for US?

I looked on the Where to buy thread, but didn't see any listings for the boxed version of the game. Did I miss it, or isn't it being offered? I hope they are selling the boxed version in the US, as it is the only way I'll buy any game. If not, then I'll just keep playing the original Victoria, non revolution.
