I'm playing Kaiserreich as CSA right now, on path of "liberating" the so called entente from their capitalist oppressor. Most of them are in other continent and to wage war effectively i need a strong navy, i had no problem producing the needed fleets, the problem is there are NO admirals to lead my fleets. Boy no matter how strong our fleet are it ain't gonna command itself. Currently i had 2 Grand Admiral leading a "deathstack" of Carrier and Battleship fleet, each with 30 ships total. Finished a Carrier Battle Group queue but no leader currently, there are other ships in queue as well.
So what happened to my game, is it scripted event that the CSA would never get any other admirals?

The admiral numbers in the game are all predesigned and they all have an integration date, usually at the beginning of the year, and a retirement date as well. If you want to have either longer lasting admirals or if you want more, you could go to the save file, copy the line of an existing admiral and paste it back with a different name, and even change the retirement date of said admirals to something like the year 3000 so that you will keep them indefinitely. Big countries dont suffer from this as they usually have ready made admirals prepared, but it is annoying to see good generals like Reichenau get retired during my russian invasions.

The American revolter nations have small, incomplete general/admiral lists. It would not be untoward to simply copy the USA's leaders into the CSA/AUS/PSA files until this is addressed IMO.
