As you can see on the screen, i dont have names of few provinces. Those names are in other provinces, so as you can see, Amalfi is Aegean Sea, and i got Adriatic Sea somewhere in Russia. How can i repair this?

You have edited the game or have a corrupt installation. I bet your checksum is wrong. Try a full clean reinstall:
If this is Steam: move any valued save games elsewhere and uninstall the game from within Steam. Then manually delete ALL the CK2 directories from under BOTH the Steam and MyDocuments folders. Now reinstall the game from Steam, and run the Verify just to make sure it all came down properly.
If this is GamersGate: Move valued save games elsewhere, and uninstall the game. Manually delete the CK2 directories from where GG put them and from MyDocuments. Reinstall the game (this time pick somewhere NOT under the system path c:\program files\ ), download 1.111 patch again and apply it.

That really should work, if you did exactly what I described.
What version and checksum show on the main game menu? Are you on Steam or GG? PC, Mac or Linux?
Oh, one more thought - was this a saved game from an older patch version? If you start a fresh game, is it like this?
The game is on steam, PC. Version and checksum are "1.111 (ERVP)". And yes, i started a fresh game.
Ok, that checksum is still wrong so you still have a corrupt installation. Run a Steam verify until it finds nothing to fix; if that doesn't help you'll have to do again what I said in post #2 - you MUSt have missed something first time around. You have to delete ALL files from BOTH locations I listed.
Is the checksum still wrong? If so and you've done the above - and thoroughly checked that ALL CK2 files and directories are manually deleted before reinstalling - I can only guess there's something wrong with your machine or your Steam client or account.
Try it again, but this time after deleting everything disable your anti-virus software before the reinstall.

I have exacly the same problem with provinces , and some commands , and I really tried almost all ... reinstalled game m and steam too , several times. Still not results
Hello and thx for responding. I did even reinstalled windows ) so all is clean , and did ofcrz everything You said , but it didnt help.
