No prisoners coming

The game says that I have 83 prisoners coming but once the timer reaches 24h it just becomes 47h again and keeps repeating so I never get any prisoners. Anybody knows how to fix this?

I have no mods and mutators activated

Hey, I'm taking a look at your save, and my first guess is going to be that one of the mods is causing the issue. And that it's affected the save file because it's doing the same thing for me. I've never seen this happen or been reported on another save.
