No primitives on moons?

I was digging in the files today for modding purposes and noticed that there's only one initializer for primitives, and it's a planet. So it seems there's no code that allows for them to spawn on moons.

Obviously this isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if a second initializer was added for 1.5 that lets them spawn on moons as well.

I don't know if that's a good idea, let's not forget what a certain teddy bear race from a certain moon did to the Galactic Empire

Primitives can have habitable moons where dwells a race of rabbits.

Or at least it could if there was a rabbit race.
