No Power Projection for conquering my rivals' provinces for my march?

Hi!

I've just won a war aganst my rival and gave my march 5-6 Provinces of my rival in the peace negotiations, but I didn't get any Power Projection but all the AE for taking the provinces. WAD or Bug?
