No Poland DLC?

Hey!
Im so sorry if this is a duplicate thread but i just bought Colonel edition (on steam) and i saw some threads where people were saying they got a key code, While i didn't see any key code anywhere (it might have been because i didnt search well enough) and on the DLC submenu in my library i only saw War Stories and no Poland: United and Ready; DLC. Did I do something wrong? I really want that DLC though.

PS: no forum icons and syncing the owned items didnt show HOI IV
