No output from RGO's

I'm playing as Moldavia, VIP mode, and I conquered a few provinces in Africa and Indochina, but there is no output from the RGO's in this provinces.Why is that and how do I fix it?

You need convoys to transport the goods. Buy some clippers or steamers off the world market (or produce some) and the problem should solve itself.
There is a button at the upper left corner of the main screen which looks like a piece of a map. Click on that and you'll enter the territorial management screen. At the bottom of that screen is a button where you can access the convoy control.

I never noticed this! And I had half of africa and kept wondering why I wasn't getting my iron! Thanks beo
