There appears to be a weird bug in my game. The AI that I declared war on (ideology war, am part of a federation) has no outposts in territory that he controls. I verified this by switching to controlling it with the console. Also, I can't seem to jump more than one system into its territory as if the systems had starbases or planets with FTL inhibitors... but there are not outposts nor inhabited planets in those systems. Also, the systems have resources being mined (energy, minerals, etc.) but not a single mining station in them.

So... ? Anybody knows what's going on?

Ok, can I fix thix? Everything seems to be up to date.
You'd have to ask Glavius, but probably not. IIRC, the bug was caused by a change he made to AI fleets that unintnetionally caused mining stations and starbases to move to the empire capital. I don't think there's a way to reverse that.
