I'm in the mood for a Holland into Netherlands game (in fact, I already had one going, but the new patch interrupted it.
The issue I've run into in the new patch is that all countries seem to have a -1000 modifier to supporting independence due to having a neutral opinion of me, even if they are rivals with my overlord. I have restarted and this is a consistent issue. Needless to say, it's now virtually impossible to play as Holland, Flanders, and Brabant.
Is this a bug from the new patch? I certainly didn't have this problem two days ago on my previous Netherlands file.
