Is there a sub forum for HoI IV mods anywhere? I heard the BI team are busy modding HoI IV and turning it into a thing of deep complexity and beauty just like they did with HoI III. Need to get my grubby hands on it.

Register/sync forum account with the steam one to have HoI IV 'linked' to your paradox forum account -> you'll see the mod forum then.
Yes. Make sure you buy the game and sync your Steam account to the forum to get full access to all technical support, modding, and bug forums.
