No longer works proper like

(Steam version)

I loaded up CK2 after a while not playing and it, well it doesn;t work. All the flags are pure black and clicking on stuff doesn't work - i.e. clicking on a region to view/interact with it.

My game is set to automatically update.
I check my game cache.

I started a brand new game to see if it was an issue with old saves.

But it still didn't work

Any suggestions guys n gals?

Please try a full clean re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "delete local content" in Steam-CK2
- manually delete all files and folders left under Steam/CK2 AND Documents/Paradox/CK2
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- start the game with no mods active and test
