I was disappointed to see that 1.30.4 still has the bug of making a state saying it'll cost, say, 0.88 to make XYZ a state, and will eventually yield 0.00 when autonomy is fully reduced.... Really really hoping that one would've been resolved in these last few months.

Also, just learned today that apparently there's a bug that heirs are only male now?
