No downloads?

In preperation for HOI2, I decided to play the first one again. Looking at my saved patches, I am way behind. I tried to download 1.06c but downloads are disabled and have been for a week now. Is there somewhere else I can get the patch, or can some kind soul post it somewhere so I can rule the world, errr, play the game with the updated patch?

Now I can rule the world! Muhahahaha! BTW, random thought. Wouldn't it be cool to go from CK to Eu2 to Vic to HOI2 to Galatic Civ and rule the whole universe?
