Suppose that's the reason for no dev diary, so they can meet the release date.
Sometime forumites can get very destructive when they don't have anything better to do too

ahh, that is unfortunate, but as im sure everyone will agree, the game is by far the most important, hehe. We'll wait (im)patiently for when you have time to put out a DD

Out of curiosity, what is crunch time like in a small studio/small team? I'm studying Games Development at University at the moment and I'd like at least a blurry vision of what I'm getting into
It's an in-game shot, it's how you can tell in the zoomed-in view when a tank division is low on organizationThe sad tank is like a Christmas gift ,so no reason for a DD ,just make the game a good game

So it's a dev diary about :
A new anachronistic paint scheme DLC for German panzerwaffe, allowing 41 paint scheme on a 44 tank from a front that would be ahistorical at that time.
There's a research for a "pointed prow" hull alike post war Iosif Stalin (IS 3-7) soviet tanks available for all nations.
The fact we can develop bended canons to help clear out trenches in close combat. Probably need a Krummlauf for auxiliary armament though (also love the doubles casemate MGs).
You can develop hull lube to reduce the damage caused by sticky grenades and mines and also make your panzer porn more "porn".

Is that screen shot off the coast of Mauritania? If so I like that even less than likely places to battle have well wide/small river systems and the like. Also, from what I can tell the naval zones look pretty good too, but I hope that definable zones with the radius setting like in HOI3 are still possible.
