Noticed when they were in the division designer that there seemingly was no dedicated artillery brigades. Did i miss them or are they actually not existing?

As there is a whole tree of research about artillery (in all form : SPAAG, MLRS, basic artillery, antitanks canons...), it must exist.
It exists, but you may have missed it because not all battalions are available for all slots. You can only put battalions of a kind in a brigade: tank brigade can only fit tanks and self-propelled tank destroyers and so on.
Exists, but devs were planning for war in a simply amazing (and not the good kind) of way.
