I started as a frankish count at the charlemagne start (all dlc, but SI disabled) with the newest ck+ download.
I noticed that i can't find the electoral college screen, although frequently cardinals are appointed by the pope. Is this a bug or maybe has something to do with the chalcedonian setting at the beginning?
Also: I seem to be able to divorce my wife, maybe due to chalcedonian christiniaty not having a religious head... WAD?

No idea about divorce because I'm a good Christian who doesn't divorce (jk I just kill 'em off), but there is a college of cardinals, but you can't see it. Not entirely sure why the option isn't there, perhaps pentarchy and college both can't be there? But it exists, and you should be able to see who is in there by searching for cardinal in the chracter search.

There isn't a "real" college of cardinals for Chalcedonian -- not until you give it a religion head, at any rate. Until that point, the cardinals are faked. They're "chosen" by the pentarch in Rome and given traits, but it's not the same as the college of cardinals system which you can interact with.

Insofar as divorce goes, unless I'm misremembering you should be able to divorce through your "religion head" -- namely the pentarch governing your region, if there is one. If there is no pentarch for your area, then it follows the divorce rules of religions which have no religion head, namely you just have to pay money.
