Is there a cheat that will permanently not let you enter cheats after you save the game, because my brother needs help he cant stop using them.

I used to be just like your brother, ruined a few games for me. I guess playing w/o cheating is a virtue. He'll grow out of it one day. Kinda. Maybe. I dunno.

Here's what you do to stop your brother from cheating. Make a new scenario, where you already have discovered every province, own every province, have every religion as your state religion, have every culture as your state culture, have all the techs fully upgraded, have all your provinces fully upgraded, have an army of 1.5 million men, and have a navy of 1,000 ships. He will never need to use any of the cheating features again!
