No buyers/no goods to sell

I have strange problem and I don't know if it's bug or if I caused it. Basically: I have some industry, forest, ore, farming, oil and normal industry. At the same time I have a lot of commercial buildings. Industry lacks buyers, and commercial lacks goods. All of this even when I have connections to highway, cargo trains and cargo harbor. Why is that happening?

You need to connect your industries and commercial areas with freight trains. Problem should go away

Dan's right. I discovered this as well. As soon as I had more highway, rail, and road connections to my industrial areas, their production boomed and they were able to sell their goods. Then the cycle started of needing more employees, thus more expanded residential zones.
