No Axis Attack on Yugo?

In my games as Bulgaria (in BftB) Germany never attacks Yugo. It does not matter if I give German military access or not. The result is a large amount of German units sitting in Bulgaria or around Yugo when the german-soviet war starts. Are other people seeing this?

Yes, Germany doesn't seem to attack Yugoslavia on the historical timetable. Eventually it either attacks it or forces it to join the Axis, and one time I've actually seen AI Germany do that annexation focus successfully. Germany does get hampered greatly by having to go around Yugoslavia, and as a result Greece is usually a thorn in their side for a long time since AI can't take it easily without attacking through Macedonia.
