I explain you the situation:

I: playing Austria and being catholic and at peace in a game played in Spanish.
Objective: achieving royal marriage with Moscovia (Ortodox, with no heir)
Current situation: 77 in favour and -75 against. If I guarantee them 77/-77 so if I ally with them I overpass the negative points. I have a possitive tick in the alliance possibility, but if I try the option is not available saying in Spanish "You can not ally with" HOVAL$. It is a string problem with the Spanishversion and I do not know the reason I can not ally them.

Any help?

Please help about this issue as I can not advance in the game. I need to attack another one, and then Moscovia will not accept the alliance as I will be at war. Thanks

You can't offer someone an alliance if your opinion of them is negative, even if they would accept. Whether or not your opinion would be positive after the alliance is in place is irrelevant.

Looks like the Spanish localization is missing a bit there.

Yes you are right I have a -35 against them. So impossible for the moment. Thanks
